All shipping cost is calculated at time of shipment because each order varies in weight.   

 
Approximate Shipping Costs
Shipping is determined by weight, to save money, we will select the best method of shipment.
 
Priority Mail - $6.95  (usually 2-3 items), most States.
Express Mail - $18.95  (usually 2-4 items), most States.
Flat Rate Envelope - $7.00 (As many small items as I can get in the package).
Flat Rate Box -  $9.00 (Usually about 3-5 large items such gowns)
 
It is in your best interest to purchase multiple items to save on shipping cost.

Shipping-Time

It will normally take us 3 to 7 business days to process and ship your order.

Returns & Exchanges

All sales are final with the exception of manufacturers defects.

No return or exchange will be accepted without authorization. Returns received without authorization will be refused.  You must call our office for a RA number at  1 (866) 647-4770 Toll Free or Fax your request to 1 (866) 816-0270.

We only accept returns of newly shipped merchandise. Please inspect all merchandise upon receipt and notify us within 7 days. No exceptions.

NOTE:  Exceptions for time of returns are made for Drop Ship Customers.  Additional time will be allowed for defective merchandise.   See Drop Ship information.
